I normally have a good experience.... this time I asked for a certain hair cut and ended up with a short bob.... which is exactly what I didn't want.... won't be going back

I have been getting my hair cut here for many years! I just love the way Kelly cuts my hair & how wonderful she is with my elderly Mom.
I went to this salon first time in years and I have to say I love it here.Kelly is amazing!!!! love my cut and highlights she did everything i had asked for and more, she us wonderful!!
